Terms of Service for Kiubis Plaza
Welcome to Kiubis Plaza, a digital directory focused on promoting businesses that provide valuable services to the community. By registering and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before creating your account.
1. Compliance with Guidelines
All listings published on Kiubis Plaza must strictly comply with the guidelines established by our platform. It is the sole responsibility of each user to read, understand, and accept these guidelines before creating an account or posting any content on our business directory.
2. Prohibited Content
The publication of listings related to the following categories or activities is strictly prohibited:
Marijuana or tobacco dispensaries
Nudist clubs or similar establishments
Sale or promotion of firearms
Casinos, gambling sites, or games of chance
Pawn shops
Any establishment whose primary product or service is related to sex or drugs
Kiubis Plaza reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any listing that violates these provisions.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
Once a business profile is created and the membership fee has been paid, no refunds will be issued through our payment system, under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to ensure full compliance with our guidelines before proceeding with payment.
4. Listing Fees and Duration
All listings on Kiubis Plaza are subject to a monthly fee. This fee is primarily intended to encourage advertisers to keep their business information accurate and up to date.
Each listing remains active for one (1) full calendar month.
Once the paid period expires, the listing will become invisible after three (3) days of the payment due date.
Business information will not be deleted, and the listing may be reactivated once payment is made again.
5. Advertiser Responsibility
Each business owner is entirely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the information in their listing. Kiubis Plaza is not liable for any outdated or incorrect information that may negatively impact customer experiences or the business’s reputation.
6. Our Commitment
At Kiubis Plaza, our mission is to offer a reliable, community-benefit-focused directory. We are committed to assisting you in the creation and enhancement of your listing, including graphic design, photography, and the development of compelling content to make your ad visually attractive and effective.
By registering and using Kiubis Plaza, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
Términos de servicio de Kiubis Plaza
Bienvenido a Kiubis Plaza, un directorio digital enfocado en promover negocios que brinden servicios de valor a la comunidad. Al registrarse y utilizar nuestros servicios, usted acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones. Por favor, léalos detenidamente antes de crear su cuenta.
1. Cumplimiento de Normas
Todos los anuncios publicados en Kiubis Plaza deberán cumplir estrictamente con las normas establecidas por nuestra plataforma. Es responsabilidad de cada usuario leer, entender y aceptar dichas normas antes de crear su cuenta o publicar cualquier contenido en nuestro directorio de negocios.
2. Contenido Prohibido
No se permite la publicación de anuncios relacionados con los siguientes rubros o actividades:
Dispensarios de marihuana o tabaco
Clubes de nudismo o establecimientos similares
Venta o promoción de armas
Casinos, sitios de apuestas o juegos de azar
Casas de empeño
Cualquier establecimiento cuyo producto o servicio principal esté relacionado con el sexo o drogas
Kiubis Plaza se reserva el derecho de eliminar, sin previo aviso, cualquier anuncio que infrinja estas disposiciones.
3. Política de Pagos y Reembolsos
Una vez creado el perfil de negocio y realizado el pago de la membresía, no se realizará ningún tipo de reembolso a través de nuestro sistema de pago, sin excepciones. Recomendamos asegurarse de cumplir con todos los requisitos y normas antes de proceder con el pago.
4. Costo y Duración de los Anuncios
Todos los anuncios en Kiubis Plaza tienen un costo mensual. Este costo tiene como finalidad incentivar a los anunciantes a mantener su información actualizada y precisa.
La vigencia de cada anuncio es de un (1) mes calendario completo.
Una vez vencido el periodo pagado, el anuncio dejará de ser visible tras tres (3) días de vencido el pago.
La información del negocio no será eliminada, y podrá reactivarse automáticamente una vez se realice el pago correspondiente.
5. Responsabilidad del Anunciante
Cada dueño de negocio es totalmente responsable de mantener actualizada la información de su anuncio. Kiubis Plaza no se hace responsable por información desactualizada o incorrecta que pueda afectar la experiencia del cliente o la reputación del negocio.
6. Nuestro Compromiso
En Kiubis Plaza nos enfocamos en ofrecer un directorio confiable, útil y de beneficio comunitario. Nos comprometemos a brindarle asistencia para crear y optimizar su anuncio, incluyendo el diseño gráfico, fotografía y la redacción de información relevante para hacerlo visualmente atractivo y efectivo.
Al registrarse y utilizar Kiubis Plaza, usted acepta todos los términos y condiciones establecidos anteriormente.
